We have worked with Leading Edge and Lee Eisenberg on two different properties. We initially found Leading Edge through a simple Google search when looking for mortgage brokers. It was a Saturday afternoon and we called a few different … More places and got voicemails for every single place except Leading Edge. Lee promptly picked up the phone and was able to assist us with his incredible knowledge and experience. Since we had such a wonderful experience the first time back in 2016 or so, we knew to reach back out for his assistance. Here are the reasons to work with Lee:
1) Incredible knowledge in mortgages and loans. Lee is a creative gentleman and he will think through traditional and more creative methods that may provide a better loan for you depending on your situation. He knows most of this stuff by memory so you don't have to wait for someone to look something up and wait to get back to you. He of course has to reach out to the lenders and determine the specific details, but Lee will have several ideas and very close estimates to give you some insight before you choose to move forward.
2) Very easy to work with. Leading Edge is using ...well leading edge technology to make it easy for you to securely share documents and information. Additionally they organize everything so that you know exactly what you need to deliver to them. It is very simple and it shows you all the steps like "documents needed" and "documents in review" and "Documents completed".
3) Compassionate. They are a team of people who care. Lee always took my call to discuss something I didn't understand and would calmly explain what it meant even when I was having challenges understanding it all. It can be frustrating or stressful to get everything together and it is nice to have someone like Lee there to help you. He just has such a depth of knowledge that he can provide certainty around next steps and what everything means and how changing certain things will effect monthly payments or what not. It's hard to explain how you know someone cares, but we all know it when we feel it and Lee cares about his clients.
I would work with Lee again and I highly recommend him to everyone. If you are reading this, then at the very least give Leading Edge a call, meet with them, and then decide if they will be able to help you.
