Rosario Walker has been active in the mortgage industry since 2004. She has focused on residential mortgages and combines her industry knowledge with a deep analysis of borrowers’ resources to tailor the right loan for each customer need.

Her previous experience with property insurance claims has been especially helpful as well. Rosario takes a personal interest in her clients, even making herself available evenings and weekends for their convenience. Her motto is: where there is a will, there is a way!

Rosario has been active with non-profit organizations throughout her career, along with planning and executing educational programs in the financial disciplines to help emerging entrepreneurs.

Rosario has been a South Florida resident since immigrating in 1983 after spending her youth in South America (Peru, Chile, Colombia). She is fluent in Spanish, as well as English.
