Lee M. Eisenberg started in the mortgage business in 1979 in Wilmington Delaware where as Vice President he ran production branches for Margaretten & Co. a national mortgage banker.

In addition to being top production loan officer from 1979 to 1990, he was also responsible for training local realtors on FHA, VA & Conventional financing at the Board of Real Estate. The Veterans Affairs in Philadelphia appointed him as the contact for veterans that were stationed at the Dover Air Force Base for all matters concerning mortgage financing. For many years he also spoke at first time home buyer seminars throughout the state.

In 1987, Lee served as President of the Delaware Mortgage Bankers Association.

In 1987, Lee seized an opportunity to take over an existing branch for Margaretten in Pittsburgh for two years, and then in 1989 another opportunity with Margaretten transferred him to Boca Raton, Florida. In 1994 he also opened First Town Mortgage in Boca Raton

In 1997, Lee formed Leading Edge Mortgage Corp. a licensed Mortgage Brokerage approved with the State of Florida & State of Texas as well as Federal House Administration (FHA) & the Veterans Administration (VA).

With over 40 years experience in the Mortgage Banking business Lee is very knowledgeable regarding FHA, VA, Fannie Mae (FNMA), Federal Home loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC) as well as Reverse Mortgages offered by FHA. Rosario Walker has been active in the mortgage industry since 2004. She has focused on residential mortgages and combines her industry knowledge with a deep analysis of borrowers’ resources to tailor the right loan for each customer need.

I have been in the mortgage  business for 23 years and that is backed by my law degree in residential real estate. The key to this business is the ability to collect complete files and obtain approval of the loan on the first submission. There are many nuances to this business which need to be overcome and with my background and experience I have been able to overcome them.
